POWER ON: Press power button for 3 seconds on vibe

(before using remove paper insert under battery in remote control)

CHANGE SPEEDS: Once on, press remote or power button to change vibe speeds & rhythms.

STOP: Press power button on remote for 3 seconds

POWER OFF: Press power button down for 3 seconds on vibe.
